Declaration of Trust

Sterling Office and Industrial Trust’s Declaration of Trust is based upon the NASAA REIT Statement of Policy Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts, published by the North American Securities Administrators Association. The Declaration of Trust provides guidance on the purpose and powers of the trust, the trust’s authority to issue shares, the rights inherit in those shares, limitation on transfer, the trust’s investment guidelines, Trustee requirements, and rules governing the use of an advisor to manage the day-to-day affairs of the trust. Governance Guidelines

Sterling Office and Industrial Trust’s Governance Guidelines provide a structure within which our Trustees can effectively pursue its mission to the benefit of investors.
